Kovoledec s.r.o. company was established on January 1. 1997 as a production division of its mother company DT TECHNIC s.r.o. There were 4 original employees in a rented facility in Hradec u Ledce. The machine equipment included ex-centric press, welder, hole puncher and a lot of enthusiasm and resolve to succeed. Shortly afterward we purchased a deteriorated farm building in a small town of Kouty and upgraded it to a usable status. We moved to this temporary facility on April 1 1998.
In the following years we focused mainly on expansion of the machine equipment and gradual further repairs and improvements of the facility. In 2001 our shop was fully equipped with good classical metalworking machinery and we purchased our first CNC mill, followed by a new roof and stucco for the building. Following the year 2004 we started a large scale modernization of the production equipment ranging from a general overhaul of some classical machinery to a purchase of a new CNC mill and a late. The amount of employees grew to 10. In the following year 2008 we purchased additional CNC machinery.
